By commissioning me you agree to these terms.Please read these before commissioning me. For any questions feel free to contact me!PaymentI take full payment before starting the commission unless otherwise discussed. Prices are in euros. For payment methods I use PayPal or MobilePay, I will give payment instructions after the commission sale has been discussed and agreed upon. Payments are sent via invoice when using PayPal.All sales are final. Chargebacks are forbidden.
If I cannot complete your commission a refund is possible.PayPal Shipping DisclaimerNothing is ever intended by either me or the client to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as "not shipped", however, I am never required to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the client and I.ArtistBy commissioning me you are only buying my service as an artist. I retain all copyright over my work, which include but aren't limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the art as a sample for sales/self promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you'd wish for me not to post your commission publically, discuss it with me prior to starting and I will keep your commission private.I have the right to decline any commission for any reason without questions.I have no turnaround time, but I will work on commissions as fast as I'm able to. Do not rush me, since I have other things in my daily life I need to attend to.
I will respond to messages when I'm able to, just because I'm online (in Telegram for example), doesn't mean I'm always available to reply to DMs.ClientYou may display the commission on external sites as long as it's visibly credited and linked either to one of my social media handles or to my Carrd (https://avaruusmarsu.carrd.co/).
You may use the commission for personal use only, such as signatures, icons, avatars, wallpapers or personal page/site displays.
You may not claim the commission to be made by you or anyone else but me.
You may not edit the commission without my permission.
You may not redistribute my work, or use it any external projects, no matter if they are commercial or non-commercial (for example t-shirts, mugs, public flyers) without my permission.ProcessThe client will be expected to read my terms of service before commissioning me, then contact me and send me the necessary details for the commission.
I will provide WIPs of the commission in multiple stages of it, and any additional WIPs if the client requests them or when confirming edits.The client may request changes to the commission during the commission process, but make sure to always discuss these at the earliest point possible. Please be clear and honest when discussing changes.
After the client has accepted the commission as complete, any more edits to the commission must be paid extra for. Any requested changes that were already visible in an earlier stage that was accepted by the client must be paid extra for (for example wanting to change the body type of the character after the linework is already complete).
